.Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.
This means we'll be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers — and we're growing our team to help make it happen.Working with partners across the Employment Service Area (ESA), as the Partnerships Specialist, you'll be the key link between Breakthru and the local community, including job seekers, employers, and referral partners.You'll support customers by guiding them through service access, identifying employment opportunities, and developing relationships that lead to real, lasting employment outcomes.
Your role will focus on delivering tailored employment services, growing brand awareness, and building strong, inclusive networks that promote customer success.As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, you'll work side-by-side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.
You'll take the time to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors.
It's a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your energy, empathy, and commitment to outcomes will shine.You'll also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit.
From delivering training and promoting inclusive hiring practices to keeping accurate records and driving engagement through proactive networking, this is a role where your relationship-building skills and passion for making a difference will have real impact.Key Responsibilities For Partnership Specialist Duties IncludeExpand community and employer networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.Develop and manage strategic employer and industry partnerships.Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.Key Responsibilities For Partnership Coach Duties IncludeSource and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusionBuild employer and community networks to create job opportunitiesPromote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.About You.
