You build trusted relationships easily and bring a proactive,solutions-focused approach to your work.Demonstrated experience successfully managing construction sites with proven resultsA strong understanding of subcontractor markets with established industry relationshipsThe ability to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across all levelsA commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standardSkills & knowledgeStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitySolid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordinationAbility toidentify, assess, and manage risk across construction activitiesWorking knowledge of relevant building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirementsRelevant qualifications, either in a trade with experience on the tools, or a background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
