As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced HR People & Safety Senior Advisor to lead the people function while also taking strategic oversight of Work Health & Safety.Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll lead the Human Resources function while overseeing people, safety and compliance across the business.
You'll mentor and develop the HR Coordinator, ensuring day-to-day HR administration, payroll support and Return to Work coordination are deliveredeffectively, while also providing strategic oversight of WHS in partnership with operational leaders.This is a genuinely hands-on role.
You'll be out building relationships with operational leaders, coaching managers, and making sure HR and WHS systems actually work in practice, not just on paper.
Regular site attendance isn't expected, but you'll be comfortable getting out to sites, joining toolbox talks,
