You'll be part of a skilled and collaborative team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving essential assets that keep vital services operating safely and efficiently.No two days are the same.
You'll undertake a diverse range of work including preventative maintenance, breakdown response, equipment installation, commissioning activities, and minor project works across treatment plants and network infrastructure.If you enjoy problem-solving, hands‐on technical work, and being part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative, corrective,



and reactive maintenance on water and wastewater treatment assetsTroubleshoot and fault‐find mechanical equipment and systemsCarry out repairs, installations, commissioning, and decommissioning activitiesSupport the delivery of minor capital and improvement projectsCollaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to maximise asset reliabilityAssist with work planning, scoping, and estimating activitiesMentor apprentices and contribute to knowledge sharing across the teamBuild strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractorsPromote a positive safety culture and ensure all work is completed in accordance with company proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Trade qualification in a relevant mechanical disciplineCurrent unrestricted Driver's LicenceExperience within the water industry or a similar industrial environmentStrong fault‐finding and maintenance experience across mechanical plant and equipmentA proactive attitude and commitment to safetyWillingness to undertake further training and development opportunitiesHighly regarded:Experience working on wastewater treatment plants and associated equipmentHigh Risk Work LicenceWhy Join Service Stream?
