We're looking for early‐career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‐year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when requiredConduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE)



and support evidence‐based responsesDeliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channelsSupport translation activities (English Japanese)Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulationsParticipate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activitiesCollaborate across teams and support ad‐hoc projects and client initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life SciencesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to learn quickly in a rapid‐paced consulting environmentInterest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical informationProfessional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantageGain hands‐on experience with regional and global pharma clientsDevelop technical, regulatory, and consulting skillsLearn in a supportive, quality‐driven environment with strong mentorship
