Working with highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the delivery of safe, responsive and coordinated care across:Acute Dialysis at Monash Medical Centre,
ClaytonAcute Dialysis at the Victorian Heart HospitalSatellite Dialysis Units across Monash HealthWith responsibility for a significant operational portfolio and 13 direct reports, you will provide visible, strategic leadership while building strong, accountable teams and consistent practices across every site.You will also work closely with affiliated regional dialysis units and industry partners to strengthen service delivery and respond to the evolving needs of our community.This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday and including an on-call roster.About YouYou are an accomplished nursing leader who can bring people, performance and clinical excellence together across a complex, multisite service.You will bring:Significant operational leadership experience within a complex health serviceThe ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locationsStrong financial, workforce, quality and clinical governance capabilityA collaborative leadership style that builds trust and accountabilityConfidence navigating change, competing priorities and service demandsCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRANephrology or dialysis experience is highly desirableThis position participates in the Monash Health on-call roster.In ReturnYou will have the opportunity to lead a highly specialised service at scale,
