UnitingCare Queensland in Southport is seeking a Case Worker for our Gold Coast Homelessness Service – Immediate Housing Response program.
You will deliver client-centred, trauma-informed case management to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including support during housing crises.The role is full time until 30 June ****, based at our Southport site, with opportunities for professional development and supervision within a supportive team.
