Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertLocation:Docklands, VIC, AU, ****Salary: Dependent on skills and experienceDivision: EducationDepartment: PublishingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented Senior Learning Designer to lead the research, commissioning and development of innovative, market-leading products and services within our Primary Mathematics portfolio that align with business strategy and support sales and growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, commission and develop a range of educational products and services (both print and digital) for the Primary Mathematics publishing portfolio across Years F–6.Contribute to the strategic direction of the Primary Education Product team, particularly in the Mathematics portfolio, and leverages AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.Is connected to the education market, including in-school classroom observations, prototype trialling, conference and webinar attendance.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders that support the creation and promotion of key products and services.Work cooperatively with Product and Data coordinators to ensure publishing administration is efficiently managed.About YouDegree/postgraduate qualification in Primary Education or equivalent industry experienceExperience in learning design with emphasis on digital learning solutions that address customer needs improve teaching and learning outcomesExperience in educational publishing or related field, including digital-first ways of working, including integration of AIKnowledge of the Australian education market,
