Kingdom Climate Solutions is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Installation Coordinator to join our growing team in Ballarat.This is a varied coordination role where you'll help keep our installation jobs running smoothly from the time they are handed over by sales through to completion.You'll work closely with our customers, sales team, suppliers and installation contractors to make sure jobs are organised, materials are ready, schedules are kept on track and any issues are followed up promptly.No two days will be exactly the same, so this role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people and solving problems as they come up.About the RoleWhat You'll Be DoingCoordinating and maintaining the installation scheduleBooking and allocating jobs to our installation contractorsOrdering units, equipment and materials for upcoming jobsChecking sales handovers are complete before installationFollowing up any missing job informationCommunicating with customers before and during their installationKeeping contractors updated with job information and schedule changesChecking jobs have been completed and required paperwork and photos have been receivedHelping ensure installation quality meets Kingdom Climate Solutions standardsOrganising return visits where something needs to be completed,
