We are actively seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our industrial operations team.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that refinery operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor refinery equipment and processes safely and efficientlyConduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant systemsEnsure product quality through accurate sampling, testing, and reportingCoordinate with control room and team members to optimise productionRecord operational data and report any issues or deviations promptlyAssist with plant start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activitiesMaintain a clean and safe work area,



following HSEQ proceduresWhat You Bring to the Team:Previous experience working in a heavy industrial environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in physically demanding and high-risk environmentsHigh attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyRelevant tickets/certifications (e.g., Confined Space, Gas Test, Working at Heights, Bridge and Gantry Crane, Forklift License, EWP, DG Dogging) highly regardedAustralian Driver's Licence and full working rightsAbility to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testA can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasksProfessionalism and commitment to team collaboration and safetyAbout us:Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
