Life Without Barriers is hiring a Disability Support Worker (Female) on a casual basis to support three women across two Chelsea homes in Melbourne.
You will encourage independence, provide tailored support, and ensure safety while respecting each person's choices.
A dog in the home means comfort with animals is needed.The role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience with disability and current First Aid/CPR are essential.
