Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences is seeking a Guest Service Agent who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will welcome guests, guide them through check-ins and check-outs, and offer local insights to enhance their stay with warmth and professionalism.You will communicate across channels, manage reservations with the property management system, and serve as a friendly, proactive point of contact throughout the guest journey.
Weekend and variable shifts are required.
