Reach Markets
Melbourne
Reach Markets sits at one of the most interesting intersections in Australian finance — where capital meets innovation.
We are a specialised investment firm that identifies and backs exceptional companies riding the world's biggest structural shifts: AI, electrification, digitisation and the geopolitical reshaping of global supply chains.
But unlike a traditional fund or broker, we go far beyond capital raising.
We become long-term partners to the companies we back — providing capital, strategic advice, investor relations, and network access all the way through to exit. With over $160 million in assets under management, a network of over 10,000 sophisticated investors, and a portfolio of innovative and global-potential companies entering a significant phase of value creation, this is a genuinely exciting time to be part of the Reach team.
You'll sit inside a firm that has built something rare in this market — a scalable, relationship-driven model that traditional institutions simply can't replicate. If you're motivated by doing work that matters, in a team that moves fast and thinks long-term, Reach could be the right next step.Reach Markets sits at one of the most interesting intersections in Australian finance — where capital meets innovation.
