Project Manager - Steel ConstructionFull Job DescriptionYou will take ownership of end-to-end steel construction project delivery across active sites, managing safety, schedule, cost, quality and production.
You will lead multiple crews and work fronts, ensuring projects are planned effectively and delivered safely and to the required standard.You will coordinate labour, materials, equipment, cranes, access and permits while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Based in Townsville, you will have the opportunity to work locally depending on project requirements and fit.This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will be expected to make decisions under pressure, maintain high standards and keep production moving without compromising safety or quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead 5-40 boilermakers and construction personnel across multiple crewsManage end-to-end project delivery across active construction sitesDevelop lookaheads, sequencing plans and daily production targetsCoordinate labour, materials, equipment, cranes, access and permitsManage client relationships, reporting and proactive risk managementDrive safety, quality, productivity and cost performanceBuild a culture of accountability,
