We are looking for a high performing State Sales Manager - VIC to drive regional success
We are seeking a State Sales Manager to join our driven Sales Team and lead business development and account management for the Urban channel state-wide.
The ideal candidate would drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales Team.Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue goals.Identify and grow new partnerships and key opportunities.Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.Liaise with Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams.Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.Maintain robust internal relationships and update knowledge regularly.
About You
3 + years sales experience in building,



construction or manufacturingStrong knowledge of the residential building marketProven leadership and relationship management skillsInitiative, problem-solving ability and customer focused mindset.Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Willingness to travel as required.
