Baulkham Hills Sports Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding service across the venue.
You will lead frontline teams, manage compliance, and ensure RSA/RCG standards are upheld while maintaining safety and presentation across bars, gaming and functions.This hands-on leadership role requires robust people skills, a calm under pressure approach, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
