West HQ is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join the team at Eat St Bar, a stylish and high-energy cocktail destination known for creative drinks, premium spirits, and exceptional guest experiences.This role is suited to hospitality professionals with previous cocktail bartending experience who have a passion for mixology, quality beverage service, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue.Eat St Bar is West HQ's signature cocktail bar, specialising in handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine, all served in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
From pre-dinner drinks to late-night cocktails, Eat St Bar is a vibrant destination where quality beverages, excellent music, and exceptional hospitality come together.About the role:As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through high-quality beverage service and engaging customer interaction.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and spiritsDelivering friendly and engaging bar service to guestsRecommending cocktails and providing product knowledgeOperating POS systems and processing payments accuratelyMaintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar areaEnsuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance at all times)Assisting with stock handling and bar preparationOur Perfect Fit:We are looking for someone who is:Passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and customer servicePrevious experience working as a cocktail bartender, mixologist, or experienced bartender in a high-volume bar environmentConfident, outgoing, and energeticAble to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environmentA strong team player with excellent communication skillsAvailable to work nights, weekends, and public holidaysHolds a valid RSA certificate (or willing to obtain one)Why Join West HQ?
