supportive and focused on getting resultsLearn from experienced Underwriters – build your technical knowledge and commercial skillsYou don't need to be an experienced Underwriter.What you'll be doingUnderwriting new business and renewals for residential strata risks within your delegated authorityProviding high-quality support and service to an allocated broker panelBuilding strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholdersAssessing risks and applying underwriting guidelinesDeveloping your understanding of risk selection, pricing and portfolio profitabilityWorking with the team to continually improve service standardsManaging your workload with strong attention to detail and time managementWe'd love to hear from you if you have:12+ months' experience in Property Claims, Insurance Customer Service or Underwriting AssistanceA genuine interest in moving into Underwriting Property experience is ideal, but Commercial Motor underwriting assistant experience will also be consideredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA commercial mindset and desire to developA competitive nature and drive to achieve resultsA positive, team-oriented attitudeExcellent attention to detail and organisation
