Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Greeting customers and managing service bookingsConsulting with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair requirementsPreparing repair orders and job documentationLiaising between customers and workshop techniciansProviding updates on vehicle progress and completion timesPreparing service estimates and invoicesManaging customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionallyPromoting additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriateEnsuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service processAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesA skilled and customer-centric approachThe ability to work effectively in a busy team environmentStrong computer and administration skillsExperience using dealership management systems (desirable)A current driver's licenceWhat's in it for You?
