This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and has a passion for delivering outstanding service while coordinating equipment, logistics and operational activities.You'll enjoy variety in your role including:Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation of shutdown crews, including onboarding, approvals and site complianceManaging medicals, training, inductions and compliance documentation to ensure workforce readinessCoordinating travel, accommodation, transport and site access requirementsScheduling and coordinating hire equipment, logistics and customer requirementsProviding exceptional customer service and advice on equipment solutionsRaising and managing purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and related administrationMaintaining workforce and operational data, reporting and compliance recordsSupporting contract delivery through document control and administrative coordinationAssisting with equipment servicing schedules, audits and HSEQ requirementsBuilding strong customer relationships while maintaining a Safety First culture at all times.What you'll get in returnWe provide our team with a wide range of perks and benefits,
