Hands-on role across litigation, court processes & matter managementGrowing, progressive firm with a strong focus on legal tech & AIBondi Junction | Full-time | 1 day WFH once settled inWe are recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its Litigation & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.This is a hands-on role working closely with a busy disputes team across court processes, matter management and the day-to-day progression of litigation files.The rolePrepare and file court and tribunal documentsAssist with affidavits, subpoenas and servicePrepare briefs to counsel and court materialsManage court dates, critical deadlines and matter progressionLiaise with clients, barristers and other stakeholdersAssist with correspondence and document preparationMaintain and manage matters within ActionstepSupport the broader file management and administration involved in running litigation mattersWork with legal technology including Actionstep, Harvey AI, DocuSign and WestlawAbout youYou may already be working as a Litigation Paralegal,



or perhaps you're an experienced Legal Assistant looking to move further into paralegal work.We're looking for someone who brings:Previous practical experience within litigation or dispute resolutionExposure to court processes and documentationStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence managing deadlines and competing prioritiesAn interest in commercial litigation and insolvencyA willingness to take ownership of your work and learnThis is a full-time position and requires previous hands-on litigation experience.
