The Position:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic customer centric individual to join our Call Centre team.
This role will be based at our National Head Office in Altona North.
This role is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, and you will liaise between staff, customers, dealers, and subcontractors to ensure that our customers receive timely and cost-effective service.
What you will do:
Take inbound calls from our internal and external customersDeveloping and maintaining excellent customer service relationshipsEnsure prompt and effective follow up and response to customers enquiriesResolve problems by clarifying issues, research for alternative solutions, and escape unresolved problemsEnter orders and daily releases into the SystemMaintain call center database by entering informationKeep systems operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions
What you will bring:
Previous Customer Service experience (Call Centre, Transport and Logistics, Dealership will be highly regarded)Experience using transport related systems will be highly regarded but not necessary - full training will be providedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProviding excellent Customer Service to internal and external customersMotivation and experience working in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills
