With a close-knit, skilled and down-to-earth team, they are looking for a capable and approachable all-rounder to support the finance function and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.This is a hands-on role combining recurring finance responsibilities with the practical, people-focused support that helps a small business operate effectively.What You'll DoManage invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support and regular finance reporting.Coordinate office operations, meetings, travel, supplies, facilities, onboarding and team support.Help maintain WorkflowMax, Employment Hero and other business systems.Be the go-to coordinator for everyday office,



equipment and IT support issues.What We're Looking ForPractical finance/bookkeeping experience and confidence with Excel and accounting systems.Highly organised, accurate and comfortable juggling different priorities.Proactive and adaptable – happy to solve a problem rather than wait for someone else to own it.Warm, professional and comfortable working closely with Directors and a small team.Xero, WorkflowMax or Employment Hero experience is a bonus, not a deal-breaker.Why This Opportunity?
