rent reviews and lease renewalsFinalisingroutine Inspectionsreports (carried out by the building manager)Communicating with landlordsregardingrepairs and maintenanceManaging a challenging and interesting rental marketWorking with the QLD performance manager to hit your KPIs andestablished careers goalsRequired skills/attributes:At least4years'previousexperience as an AssistantorProperty Manager or similar roleA current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct proficient and professional correspondence to landlords and tenantsWork autonomously while being part of a large teamYou will be team focused, reliable, able to work in a busy environmentExperience in Property Tree or a similar program is highly desiredPlease notethis is a Monday to Friday office-based role.There isno Saturday workand our on-site building managers look after the leasingand inspection tasks.
You must be able to workfull-timehours in ourGold Coast location.Due to the nature of this role, only candidates withfull working rights for Australiawill be considered.
