Injury Management Advisor | NSW, ACT & Current ZealandAbout the OpportunityThis is not your typical Injury Management role.

Someone who brings positive energy, builds trust easily, and is passionate about helping others achieve the best possible outcomes during challenging times.As our Injury Management Advisor, you'll play a critical role partnering with leaders, injured team members, treating practitioners and external stakeholders to support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes across NSW, ACT and New Zealand.
You'll be the go-to expert for injury management, workers' compensation and rehabilitation, helping create positive experiences while driving strong business outcomes.Success in this role will come from your ability to balance empathy with commercial thinking, influence stakeholders, and build meaningful relationships across a diverse workforce.Based in Huntingwood with a 4 day on-site presence, you'll enjoy a highly visible role that combines strategy, coaching, claims management and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingLead injury management and return to work practices across NSW, ACT and New Zealand operationsCoach and support leaders to confidently manage workplace and non-work-related injuriesPartner with injured workers, healthcare providers and insurers to achieve successful recovery outcomesOversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliant, timely and cost-effective managementDrive early intervention initiatives that improve wellbeing outcomes and reduce claim durationsAnalyse injury trends and claims data to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with People & Culture, operational leaders and external providers on complex casesSupport fitness for work assessments,
