You'll work closely with senior leaders across Aurecon and play a key role in growing capability within the team as demand across our market sectors continues to increase.With a strong pipeline of secured work and opportunities to support some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects, you'll have the platform to make a genuine impact while further developing your leadership career.In this role, you will:Lead technical delivery on complex and multidisciplinary electrical engineering projectsAct as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholdersProvide guidance, mentoring and technical oversight to engineers and designersDrive project strategy, design decisions and quality outcomesSupport bids, proposals and client engagement activitiesIdentify opportunities to expand client relationships and secure future workPartner with leadership to build capability and grow the electrical teamContribute to the development of future leaders across the businessPlay an active role in shaping team culture,



performance and technical excellenceWhat you'll bring10+ years' experience within consulting engineering or major infrastructure environmentsDemonstrated success leading the delivery of complex electrical engineering projectsStrong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilityExperience leading, mentoring or developing engineers and designersCommercial awareness and understanding of project delivery driversAbility to influence project outcomes and provide strategic technical adviceExperience across aviation, defence, data centres, buildings or major infrastructure projectsChartered Engineer status or equivalent qualified recognition highly regardedEligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance highly desirableHow we support your growthThis role provides the opportunity to lead some of Australia's most exciting and complex projects while helping shape the future of a growing team.You'll have exposure to major aviation programs, defence infrastructure projects and the rapidly expanding data centre market.
