Behind these experiences is a substantial workforce and a People team supporting leaders through the complex, fast-moving employee matters that come with operating a major tourism destination.We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who can confidently navigate this environment.
This is a hands-on qualified role where you'll manage multiple workplace investigations and employee relations matters concurrently, providing practical, timely advice to leaders while balancing legislation, "Modern Awards", company policy, procedural fairness and the realities of a fast-paced hospitality operation.Why you'll love working with usApply your ER expertise within a large and complex hospitality environmentManage varied and challenging employee relations and investigation mattersPartner directly with operational leaders and experienced People professionalsBuild broad ER experience across a diverse island workforceLive and work in one of Australia's most unique tourism destinationsWhat you'll be doingYou'll manage employee relations cases from initial assessment through to resolution, including workplace investigations, performance, conduct, grievances, workplace conflict and disciplinary matters.
At any one time, you'll be balancing multiple cases with different priorities, risks and stakeholders - requiring sound judgement,



strong organisation and the ability to keep matters progressing.You'll conduct interviews, assess evidence, prepare investigation findings and formal correspondence, and support managers through sensitive conversations and formal processes.
