Central Highlands Healthcare – Emerald QLDEmerald Medical Group is seeking a warm, engaging, energetic and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual basis.
The position will provide additional reception support during busiest periods, with shifts of approximately three hours during peak times: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Additional hours may be available to cover staff leave and other busy periods.The role focuses on creating a positive patient experience from the moment a patient walks through the door or calls the practice through to check-out.Key responsibilitiesWelcoming patients in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiriesBooking,
