We're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to lead the successful delivery of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and Asset Relocation & Commercial Works (ARCW) projects.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring site readiness, and driving project outcomes across a portfolio of telecommunications projects.
You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and profitable outcomes while maintaining solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.What You'll Be DoingManage the delivery of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW projectsLead and coordinate subcontractors and field teamsEnsure sites are ready for delivery, including permits, safety requirements, materials, and resource planningMonitor project schedules, forecasts, KPIs,



and project performanceSupport quote preparation and project tendering activitiesProvide technical support and guidance to field personnelManage customer and stakeholder communicationsConduct quality and compliance audits across projectsEnsure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with company and client standardsWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience within the telecommunications industryStrong knowledge of Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW environmentsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneouslySite assessment and project planning experienceProven ability to manage operational performance and project budgetsStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsHigh-level communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilitiesProficiency across the Microsoft Office SuiteCurrent White Card and Driver's LicenceWhy Join Service Stream?
