This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into operational leadership, broaden their experience and work closely with leaders across Sales, Credit and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.As the operational link between Sales and Credit Operations, you'll keep applications moving, remove roadblocks, support the team through operational challenges and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
You'll influence outcomes, build strong stakeholder relationships and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless lending experience.What you'll be doingCoordinate daily workflow and application queues to ensure SLAs are achievedAct as the first point of contact for operational escalationsBuild trusted relationships across Sales, Credit, Customer Care and OperationsSupport the team through peak periods by leading from the frontIdentify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experienceAnalyse operational data and reporting to drive informed decisionsSupport the rollout of recent processes and operational initiativesEnsure operational quality, compliance and risk controls are maintainedFoster a collaborative,



customer first culture while influencing positive outcomes.What you'll bringWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together and making operations run more effectively.You'll ideally have:Experience leading or coordinating operational workflows in a fast paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and relationship building skillsExperience managing operational escalations and making sound decisions under pressureA passion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceStrong analytical skills with confidence using Excel for reporting and analysisHigh attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsExperience within lending, banking or financial servicesA hands on leadership style with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.Why OnDeck?
