We're growing our integratedliving team in Atherton/Mareebaand looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.As a Support Worker, you'll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.If you're someone who enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we'd love to hear from you!
What could your day look like?
You'll provide practical and personalised support based on each client's needs, goals and preferences.
This may include:Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routinesAssisting with shopping, appointments and household tasksHelping clients stay active and connected within their communityProviding companionship and building trusted relationshipsSupporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of lifeWhat will you bring?
Most importantly, you'll bring a caring attitude, reliability,



and a genuine desire to support others.You'll ideally have:Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards itCurrent Driver's License and reliable vehicleAvailability- Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pmFirst Aid and CPRWorking with Children CheckPolice Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtainWhy join integratedliving?
