Working across reception and administration, you'll support the smooth operation of our health services and assist clients to access the care they need.Your duties will includeAssist clients answering enquiries, receiving and accounting for all patients presenting to the service, in a respectful and courteous mannerParticipate in triage processes, proactively optimising the use of the clinician's time and ensuring appointments books are at capacityManage client records, maintain electronic files and all relevant correspondenceUndertake clinic finance responsibilities, including Medicare billing, account reconciliation, and follow upsWhat Cohealth OffersGenerous salary packaging of up to $15,900, plus an additional $2,650 for meals and entertainment,
