Our designs combine flexibility, functionality and strong street appeal, creating homes that suit the lifestyles and budgets of our customers.We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Metro East team.The opportunityThis is a great chance for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.Immediate StartThe roleYour responsibilities will include:Managing the construction process from start to finishScheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractorsEnsuring all OH&S; requirements are met across your sitesMaintaining quality standards throughout every stage of constructionDelivering homes within agreed construction timeframesMaintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer serviceMonitoring and managing ETS budgetsBuilding strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teamsIdentifying and resolving site issues before they impact the buildAbout youTo succeed in this role, you will have:Previous Site Management experience,



ideally within volume residential constructionA strong understanding of the residential building processThe ability to manage multiple builds at different stages of constructionStrong planning, organisation and problem-solving skillsA genuine focus on quality and customer serviceClear and confident communication skillsThe ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader teamA motivated, accountable and positive approachWhat's in it for you?
