industrial, Defence, or heavy infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes, systems, and methodologies.Manage multiple project interfaces while balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities.Lead high-performing site and project teams in brownfield and greenfield environments.Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and senior leadership to achieve successful project outcomes.Identify risks early, drive performance improvements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
