Opera Bar is seeking an experienced Cellar & Logistics Manager to lead the cellar team and oversee daily operations behind one of Australia's iconic hospitality venues.
You will manage deliveries, stock movements and governance to ensure a seamless guest experience.Join a rapid-paced operation with strong culture, opportunity for growth, and a leadership role that keeps you on the floor and ahead of logistics challenges.
Experience in hospitality leadership and NSW RSA compliance is preferred.
