We're looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Trainer to take ownership of training delivery, capability development and onboarding excellence within our Distribution Centre in Canning Vale five days onsite.In this highly visible role, you'll lead the local training function, develop and mentor trainers, drive safety-first learning practices, and help new team members reach competency faster.If you're a natural coach who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys influencing performance through people, we'd love to hear from you!
In this RoleLead and manage training across the Distribution Centre, ensuring team members are trained, competent and operating safelyCoordinate and deliver onboarding, induction and operational training programs for recent startersCoach, mentor and develop trainers to deliver a consistent, engaging and high-quality learning experienceDrive time-to-competency,
