You'll bring strong heavy mobile equipment knowledge, but your real value will be your ability to build the systems, people, planning and reliability capability that drive fleet performance.The RoleReporting into site leadership, you will take ownership of the maintenance function with a focus on:Driving maintenance planning, scheduling, PM compliance and backlog managementImproving mobile fleet availability, reliability and component lifeReducing repeat failures and unplanned downtime through RCA and condition monitoringPlanning and executing shutdowns,



rebuilds and major maintenance activitiesBuilding operational readiness across people, systems, workshops, tooling, spares and fleetDeveloping Supervisors and national team members while establishing clear standards and accountabilityWorking closely with Mining Operations to align maintenance priorities with the production planManaging maintenance budgets, contractors, parts and lifecycle costsLeading the transition from reactive maintenance toward a structured, reliability-driven cultureAbout YouYou will be an experienced mining maintenance leader with a track record of managing large heavy mobile equipment fleets in demanding operating environments.Ideally, you will bring:Significant maintenance leadership experience within miningStrong mobile mining fleet and heavy equipment knowledgeDemonstrated planning, scheduling and reliability capabilityExperience improving fleet availability and maintenance performanceStrong leadership and team development skillsCommercial understanding across budgets, contractors, rebuilds and lifecycle costsExperience in remote, international or developing-country operations will be highly regardedA practical, hands-on leadership style combined with the ability to drive long-term improvementWhy Consider This Opportunity?
