You're the face of our organisation and the champion of our culture, taking the lead on planning our social events and parties, and giving guests and new hires an incredible experience at Bullhorn.
You'll also provide light-touch support to our regional HR, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
This is a part-time role,
three days a week, office-based.
A typical day will includeManaging day-to-day office operations, partnering with landlords, building management and vendors to keep the office running smoothlyOverseeing office budgets, supplies, inventory, shipping and equipment logisticsCoordinating office access and meeting rooms, and greeting guests and new hiresKeeping the office well maintained, including refreshments, common areas and repairsPlanning and delivering office events, socials and engagement initiatives across APAC, including for remote employeesManaging the employee morale budget and developing engagement initiatives tailored to APAC cultureSupporting HR onboarding processes, including office orientation, welcome kits and Right to Work checks, and acting as a regional point of contact for Bullhorn BeginningsProviding occasional, light-touch support to APAC recruitment, such as CV reviews, scheduling and candidate coordinationThis role is a fit for you ifYou're energetic, friendly and enthusiastic, and enjoy being the go-to person in a busy environmentYou have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detailYou're professional, discreet and reliable, and take ownership of your workYou're happy working independently and using quieter moments productivelyYou're comfortable picking up a variety of tasks across office management, HR and recruitment supportExperience in an office,
