Based in Australia or New Zealand, you will be part of a high-performing and expanding team focused on delivering innovative fire protection solutions.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities to drive revenue and improve profitability across ANZBuilding strong, consultative relationships with consultants, end-users, OEMs, insurers, and other specifiers to ensure product specificationCollaborating with regional sales teams to identify total solution opportunities and support new product introductionsDelivering high-quality technical presentations and live product demonstrations, while recommending tailored solutions for customer projectsHow You Will Do ItLeveraging your technical expertise in water-based and/or special hazards fire protection systems, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and Training teams.




You will provide valuable market insights, including pricing trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.You will also:Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term retention and growthIdentify recent markets, customer segments, partnerships, and innovative routes to marketThink strategically to set clear objectives and contribute to business growth initiativesDrive synergies across business units, including cross-selling and operational efficienciesDeliver technical training and seminars to consultants, engineers, architects, AHJs, OEMs, and key accountsAlign closely with Sales teams to maximise conversion of pipeline opportunitiesParticipate in strategic planning with regional and global leadership teamsRepresent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market presenceWhat We Look ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 8 years' experience in sales or business development within fire protection systemsProven ability to secure product specifications with consultants and installersStrong experience in strategic planning, market development, and market researchDemonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence key decision-makersResults-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to travel extensively across the ANZ regionDesirable:Experience with Salesforce.com and SAPAdditional InformationApplicants must have the right to work in AustraliaPre-employment checks (including references, medical, criminal record, and drug & alcohol testing) will applyWhy Join Us?
