The Yard Manager will be responsible for overseeing all movements throughout the facility, including managing two crane crews, coordinating mould and pool movements, maintaining yard organisation, and ensuring departments receive what they need when they need it.
You will become the central point of coordination for yard operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and controlled movement across the site while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
One of your first major projects will be assisting in the development and implementation of a new yard management system.
Similar to a car park layout, every mould and pool will have a designated location, creating greater visibility, accountability, efficiency, and operational control.
