You will manage food preparation, menu development, inventory, and staff to ensure top-tier quality across fine dining, banquets, and casual outlets.You will work closely with the Executive Chef, mentor kitchen teams, and drive creative menus while maintaining strict food safety standards in a prestigious hospitality environment.
