subject knowledge and testing performance whilst striving to continuously improve in line with the Müller values.Lab Technician Key tasks:Provide expertise through quality based testing and data evaluationDemonstrate active involvement in solving problems / trouble shooting through data analysis and evaluationPlay an active part in building QMS capability across siteResponsible for laboratory tasks and management systems (5S etc)Support and process confirms operations quality control responsibilitiesProvide governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reportsResponsible for internal and external audit processesLooks for "waste" in everything that we doActively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to owncontinuous improvement projectsCollaboratively works with other team members to improve our businessWe're looking for the following from our Lab Technicians:HACCP Awareness (Level 2-3)Basic Food HygieneMicrobiology and aseptic techniquesInternal AuditYellow and Green belt problem solvingA3 problem solvingWord and ExcelElectronic Data CaptureDairy ScienceCareer progression and developmentSalary sacrifice pension scheme with Muller matching up to 4%Life Assurance at 2 x your annual salary
