You'll provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services that support safe, appropriate and effective medication use, working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.This is an opportunity to broaden your clinical experience while contributing to ward-based care, medication reconciliation, patient counselling, medicines information, education and discharge planning.
You'll also have opportunities to support students and interns and contribute to quality improvement, research and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical pharmacy services across a range of hospital settings, supporting safe and effective medication useWork alongside medical, nursing and allied health teams through ward rounds and collaborative care planningSupport medication safety through medication reconciliation, clinical review, patient counselling and discharge planningContribute to education, research, quality improvement and the development of pharmacy students and internsWhat We're Looking ForAHPRA-registered pharmacist with hospital or clinical pharmacy experienceStrong communication and collaboration skills,
