The position reports to the Senior Procurement Officer & Deputy Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesFinding synergies and standardising needs where possible to source widely.Preparing Tender invitations as per the Joint Venture process and launching tendersDeveloping Tender analysis and negotiation strategyParticipating in technical and commercial interviews with short-listed vendorsNegotiating to obtain the best conditions and fit the budget.Recommendation to the Production team and managementPreparing and reviewing contractsContract execution follow-upHelping to prepare KPIs and updating the databaseOrganise local purchases for the projectEstablishes all the documents necessary to ensure efficient purchasingParticipates in consultation with suppliers.Qualification & ExperienceDegree in Management, Purchase, ProcurementPrevious qualified experience in procurementExcellent relationship skillsMethodical and meticulous with common senseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to critique, recommend and implement initiatives that seek efficiencies either from a process or systems perspectiveIf you have any questions feel free to contact Huyen Trang BUI
