Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices we're unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.DT Infrastructure is seeking a motivated Control Systems Engineer to join our Rail Systems team based in our Melbourne Head Office.Reporting to the Design Manager – Control Systems, you'll play a key role in the design, development, verification and testing of software applications and control systems that support major rail infrastructure projects across Australia.
Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you'll contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality control system solutions from concept through to testing and commissioning.This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team and work on nationally significant rail projects while continuing to develop your technical expertise in rail control systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain control system software and applications to meet project and product specificationsDevelop system testing and validation procedures while supporting testing and commissioning activitiesPrepare technical documentation, design reports and engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycleInvestigate and resolve system defects while recommending improvements to system performance and reliabilityCollaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to resolve technical queries and support successful project deliveryEnsure designs comply with project requirements, industry standards and DT Infrastructure quality processesAbout YouBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
