We're hiring for a Space Leader to lead the way!
This isn't your typical office role!
With a unique blend of community building, sales, administration and space presentation, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant member experience and ensuring the space runs smoothly.If you're coming from a leadership role in hospitality or retail, this is a great opportunity to take your skills into an office environment with no weekends or late nights.
With full training provided, we'll support you to grow and develop within the WOTSO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Member ExperienceBe the friendly face of the space - welcoming members and visitors and creating a strong first impressionAct as the go-to person for members, providing support across in-person, phone and email enquiriesBuild genuine relationships with members and foster a strong sense of communityDeliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new membersPlan and host community events,



including weekly socials and monthly breakfastsCreate and share communications that keep members informed and connectedSupport local marketing initiatives (including social media and community outreach)Sales & Space OperationsManage the day-to-day operations of the coworking space alongside the Regional ManagerRespond to enquiries, run space tours and convert leads into membershipsMaintain high presentation standards across the space at all timesAssist with general administration and operational tasksTake a hands-on approachNew Site Operational SupportAssist with setup of the new coworking space, including arranging furniture, signage, kitchen supplies, and general presentationCoordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings and goods with approval from the Regional ManagerAbout YouYou bring the people skills and steady presence that come from years in customer-facing, retail or hospitality leadership rolesConfident communicator with a warm, professional and approachable styleHighly organised and comfortable juggling a variety of tasksComfortable moving around the space and hands-on throughout the dayAligned with WOTSO's values of community, flexibility and sustainabilityWhy Join WOTSO?
