HESTA is seeking an Incident Response Analyst to own member and insurance incidents from intake to resolution.
You'll be the central contact between HESTA, our administration partner (GROW) and insurer (AIA), driving remediation and ensuring decisions are well documented and defensible.Two or more years in life insurance, solid incident lifecycle management, and RG 277/compliance knowledge are essential.
This role offers exposure to complex risk scenarios within a member-focused superannuation
