From humble beginnings, we have built a strong and passionate team that supports us in the planning for future development.The RoleAs our Handover / Delivery Coordinator, you'll manage the delivery process and make sure every customer receives a skilled and memorable experience.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeBeing the main point of contact for customer delivery enquiriesKeeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their caravanCoordinating customer orders and delivery requirementsFinalising paperwork for dealership and caravan show salesManaging and completing orders through the dealer portalCoordinating and conducting customer handoversEnsuring handovers are completed accurately and on timeWorking closely with the sales and dealership teams to achieve handover targetsResolving issues quickly and keeping the customer experience front and centreYou Will Need To DemonstrateIdeally,



you'll bring:2+ years' experience in the caravan, recreational vehicle or automotive industrStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and time-management skillsConfidence managing multiple customers and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & ExcelA current driver's licenceCaravan towing experience is highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused approachThe ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative dealership teamThe above position is open only to applicants who have current full time right to work in Australia.
