You will lead the ACIS team in partnership with the Lead Psychiatrist to sustain high-quality, recovery‐focused mental health care in the community.You will own KPIs, budgets and safety, coach staff, oversee incident investigations and drive improvements, while building trusted relationships across clinical and community networks.
