Join a growing workshop where your skills are valued.We're looking for an experienced Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our busy team.
We service and repair a wide range of heavy vehicles including trucks, trailers, plant and fleet vehicles.About the RoleYour day-to-day duties will include:Servicing and preventative maintenanceDiagnostics and fault findingEngine, drivetrain, brake and suspension repairsElectrical and hydraulic repairsCompleting repair orders and job documentationMaintaining a safe and tidy work environmentWorking closely with foremen and the wider workshop teamWe have opportunities available in our workshop, field service/breakdown team, and afternoon shift,
with positions available to suit different experience levels and preferences.What We're Looking ForTrade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)Current driver's licence (HR licence an advantage)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPride in the quality of your workPositive attitude and robust work ethicWhat We OfferAbove award wages based on experienceOngoing training and career developmentUniforms and PPE providedSupportive team with long‐term job security5 day 7.5 hour ch.
